Non-refundable, and it comes off your total. Pay the rest by Zelle (preferred), tap-to-pay, Cash App or cash. Cards carry a $2 fee.
Eleven minutes late is a $10 fee. At twenty, the appointment is cancelled and half is owed, unless a $30 late fee is paid instead.
Twenty-four hours' notice moves your deposit, once. Same-day cancellations are 50%. No-shows are the full balance.
No extra guests and no kids under 8. It keeps the room calm and the set perfect. Bring a jacket, it gets cold.
Nai doesn't work over another tech's set, brittle nails or fungus. Book a soak-off first if you need one. Not sure? DM her.
A nail breaks within a week of your appointment, it's fixed free. After that it's full price.
